The service

One Ring Solutions provides AI voice agents that answer calls, capture caller details, and hand leads off to your business. Specific features, pricing, and service levels for paying clients are set out in each client's agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business so the agent represents you correctly.
• Comply with laws that apply to your calls and messages, including call-recording notice and consent rules and rules for text messaging.
• Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

AI limitations

AI agents can make mistakes. They are not a substitute for emergency services. Callers with emergencies should contact 911 or the appropriate utility. We continually review and improve agent performance but do not guarantee error-free operation.

Estimates and website content

Figures on this website, including the ROI calculator, are estimates for illustration only and are not a guarantee of results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Ring Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, arising from use of the website or services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
